I feel like this tour was not really needed. I could have just bought the tickets and went up by myself. We met at a restaurant, walk to the Eiffel tower, waited in line and was basically on our own. We could have done the same thing and purchased our own ticket.

I regretted spending €95 on this website when I could have bought the same ticket without a tour guide for only €36 at the site. In this case, having a tour guide is completely unnecessary. In my case, however, the tour guide was very nice but obviously did not speak Italian. Having been there in July, I noticed that the line to buy tickets is average, and spending so much to skip it is absolutely not worth it! Seeing the Eiffel Tower from the top is an absolute must, a unique experience. However, the next time I go, I will buy the tickets directly there.

Der Weg auf den Eiffelturm darf in Paris nicht fehlen. Aufgrund meiner Höhenangst war ich unsicher, ob ich es wirklich genießen könnte, deswegen habe ich diese halb-geführte Tour gebucht. Es wurden auch sehr gute Erklärungen und Fakten rund um den Turm gegeben und man konnte alles fragen. Ich empfehle, immer mit dem Aufgang zur Spitze zu buchen, das war phänomenal, und alles ist so riesig und gut abgesichert, dass ich auch keine Probleme mit meiner Höhenangst hatte. Den Preis finde ich trotzdem recht happig. Ich war ca. 2 Stunden auf dem Turm.

Nichts. Normaler Preis €23. ich habe bezahlt über €74. Leistungen war nur die Begleitung zur Stelle Security. Ich wollte in die Etage Top. Der Begriff „optionaler Zugang“ ist verwirrend und hat absolut keinen inhaltlichen Wert. An diesem Tag seien keine Tickets erhältlich und sie würde € 150 bezahlen, sagte Ihre Mitarbeiterin . Nach dem Besuch der 2.Etage waren an der Kasse kaum Personen und ich habe ein Ticket für die Top-Etage € 36 bezahlt. Werde Ihre Dienste nie mehr in Anspruch nehmen. Ich bin gespannt ob Sie diesen Kommentar beantworten. Glaube Kaum. Ihr Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr schlecht - um keine ausfallendere Worte zu nutzen.

Meeting location was easy to find and convenient. However we waited very long to start the walk to the Tower, and then waited again in line to get in the elevators inside the Tower base. Over an hour from when we entered through the terminals. Our guide was very soft spoken and could barely hear her as she explained everything once through the turnstiles. This could have all been done at the meeting point to save time. Once off the elevators though the tour was great. Views are amazing and getting down was a lot faster than going up. Would recommend going early to save time. Our tour was supposed to start at noon but we didn’t get to the base until 1230 and inside the elevator at 1300.

Excellent option to visit the Eiffel Tower and up to Summit. Guide took us through entry points with priority so no long waits - still had to wait for elevator to second floor and summit but only 10 mins - lines moved quickly. Our tour was 7.30pm so able to see sunset and lights of Paris. Eiffel Tower is amazing and fabulous views all over Paris. An experience not yo be missed. Must do!

The Eiffel Tower is a must-see. With a guide, you can quickly get past the long line. Regardless of this wonderful experience, it must be said that these guided tours are far too expensive. But the tickets are already sold out on the official website.

I had a wonderful time and really liked this tour. The guide was brilliant and had few fun facts about the tower, which got everyone’s attention. He briefed about the history and its surroundings and involving the group with q&a. The tour was really good, lucked out with the weather because it was raining the days before. Can’t really complain about the ques getting into the tower and quests for the lifts, it’s summer and a lot of people are visiting. Once we got to the second deck, we could roam around and take pictures before queuing up for the top floor. Absolutely breathtaking view at the very top and well worth the wait. Perfect day for an outing and fun way and educational way to experience Paris. I would highly recommend this experience.

Going up the Tour Eiffel is an amazing unforgettable experience that every Parisian tourist should enjoy. Our tour guide added a little to it by offering some history and leading a group of 25 (?) where we needed to go. However it was not an advantage to have to meet at a cafe half mile from the attraction 15 minutes early then stand and wait for the rest of the group.

This is NOT a guided tour. The tour guide did a small intro of Eiffel towers history while we were waiting to get inside. This is just to help you easily navigate the entry because a lot of security procedures etc have been added in recent times. It worked for me as I dint need to use my brain on how to navigate etc.

Despite the heavy rain, the tour was very good. Our tour guide, Yana, was nice and provided plenty of history behind the tower. Though she arrived a bit later than the meeting time, it did not seem to impact our tour much, as we didn't wait too long to go up the tower. The Eiffel Tower had spectacular views of Paris at even the 2nd level, though the top level that was accessible to the public was definitely amazing. While other tall towers in other countries are very impressive, we found the Eiffel Tower still worth visiting.

It was okay and we got through the ticket line quickly. However, another overpriced activity which I would advise anyone wanting to visit the Eiffel Tower to do it by themselves. Tickets are a lot cheaper and the queue wasn't any longer than pre paid tickets.

Visiting the top of the Eiffel Tower is a once in a lifetime experience. So glad we got to do this! The meeting point for this tour could have been closer, but it did allow time for some history and explanation along the way. The lines and where to go were a bit confusing, so it was nice to have a guide. If you go during the busy season, be prepared for large crowds and to wait at least an hour to ascend to the top.

The guides were good and led the group to the top of the tower, providing interesting information and facts about the tower (details about its construction, maintenance, etc.) that held everyone's attention. They left us at the elevator on the second floor, which took us to the top. From there, we were on our own. It was hot, and the top of the tower is enclosed, which made us feel a little uncomfortable. In addition, now in July, which is high season, there were a lot of people there. There should be some control over the number of people who access the site.

The best part was that we didn’t had to search around for anything. The guide was there to help us with all the queries. Plus we got entry easily into the tower….. otherwise it cus hv been a long wait in the ticket queue THE GUIDE can wear a Mike so that everyone in the group can hear her clearly.

In peak times the lines were long and the heat of the day was at its max, with this experience we could skip through the lines and avoid waiting for hours to get in, 100% worth it! We had an amazing tour guide who was also very informative and engaging with the group, she told us how to navigate the queues and security, and would always wait for anyone left behind to catch up again, great experience!

Imane was an excellent tour guide - very personable, professional, and knowledgeable! We appreciated how perfectly she spoke English for our group (she speaks 4 languages fluently!). The expense was worth it to get to the summit - the view of the city from the top was breath-taking. However, It was very crowded at the top, leaving little space for views and pictures. The lower levels were less crowded and a more enjoyable experience.

We were able to get last minute tickets to the summit. Our guide was helpful and attentive. When there was a bit of a snafu with staff, she personally stepped in and made sure our trip went smoothly.

I forgot to book tickets ahead of time so I was grateful to be able to get tickets for a group of six. Our guide was friendly, easy to understand, and knowledgeable. The tickets worked great to get to the summit. Just enough of a tour. We still had to wait in a hot line for a while to get in the group entry - that was a little but of a bummer with an 85 year old parent who walks with a cane. And when I emailed ahead of time to ask if one of our party could meet closer to the entry and not walk six to eight blocks, I didn’t receive an answer. That might have helped a little. Overall a great experience and I would book again!

This was fantastic. We were able to go to the summit by booking through this service even though tickets directly from the website were sold out. We had special tickets with a guide and got in without any issues. It was a beautiful view at the top and would recommend getting pictures in the park with the little pond beside the tower. It was the best view from the ground and don’t want to miss it.

Aida our guide was excellent. Very efficient way to get in and enjoy an iconic attraction in Paris. Afterwards walked across and up the steps to Place du Trocadero for an amazing view of the tower lit up in the evening.

At first I thought it was a little pricy at first as it was £102 each. However, it was well worth it. Guide was great, no queuing or wondering where to go. Once in, WOW. I'd recommend Togo to the summit, then floor two then one. Lots of seating to watch the world go by and the food & drink was reasonably priced. We had an ace time and spent about 4hrs in there.

Our guide, Aida, was well versed in the history of the Eiffel Tower. You would expect your guide to be knowledgeable about the place where they are giving the tour, and she was. What sets her apart is her sense of humor. She kept everyone entertained, while providing necessary details. If you get to choose your guide, choose her. Her English is also impeccable. We timed it perfectly being able to go to the Summit and then came down in time for the first sparkling of lights at 10pm. Wonderful experience! Only thing better would have been to have a heads up about security and what can/cannot enter in a day bag/backpack.

Unfortunately we were late getting to our destination to initially meet with our group and tour guide. However, the tour guide was very gracious about it and walked us to the tower to meet with our second guide. It worked out really nicely and we enjoyed our time at the Eiffel Tower!! Just remember to read the instructions on where to meet and get there early!

Aida made it so special and fun. We learnt so much about the Eiffel tower from her. She really is a vibe. A great group as well! The Eiffel tower is most definitely something to experience from the inside.

Was not able to dine at Jules Verne or at Madame Brasserie. It’s frustrating. Plus the Eiffel Tower elevators won’t stopped at the right time. It just passed us for about 3-4 times going down. Besides that my wife & I are amazed on how it was constructed. Unbelievable. It rained, but it’s worth it. Thx 4a Wonderful Experience. We will be back 4 sure.

We did this at night, first time seeing the twinkling lights was quite magical! Our guide was very knowledgeable. Really enjoyed every aspect. Took the stairs down from 2nd level as queue for lifts got a bit much. But this gave a new perspective. Highly recommended trip!

Our flight was delayed arriving in Paris and it really made things very tight time wise. The tour company was communicative and had us meet at the tower instead of outside. Our guide was able to arrange for us to tour even though we couldn't get to the meeting point on time.

You do mostly pay to get access to the Eiffel Tower without waiting in the long lines and even for the Summit access, you get to wait in a priority line which is shorter. The guides were kind and ensured that we had access to the appropriate lines but after reaching the summit, we had our own free time. Worth it to avoid long lines and wait times.

The trip really was amazing. It felt like a steep price but truthfully for what you experience, it feels worth it. The views from each platform are just beautiful and the guide was very informative. He left us from the second floor so we were free to explore as long as we liked after that. It was very busy, even for November term time but not so much you couldn't get a good picture. I'd recommend timing your visit so you capture daytime into night, time it right and you'll see the light show on the hour every hour from around 6pm that runs for 5 minutes a time. it's an amazing site to behold.

It is an amazing structure. We decided to take the elevator all the way to the top and the views were breathtaking. Seeing it from the bottom and seeing it from the top was amazing. I enjoyed the history lesson that guide gave. You must experience this once in your lifetime.

We chose to go to the Eiffel Tower at 4:30 pm. It was the perfect time in the fall since there was no morning fog. Also we caught the sunset and the first twinkle at 6 pm. Beautiful!! The lines moved fairly quickly too!

Our guide Ismail was great, he gave us info about entering the grounds and what to expect, like the security processes. He even gave us history about the effiel tower while giving us instructions. He was very friendly and was able to communicate with other guest in many languages. Would definitely recommend him for your effiel tower experience.

Ahsan was our tour guild. He was bubbley, polite and very knowledgeable about the tower. Could tell he really enjoyed his job. kept us together in the group and guided us to the 2nd floor. Smooth and faster entry. The Eiffel tower is a must visit,it will not disappoint, it was our honeymoon and we got to see the sun set and the amazing lights and twinkle effect. Just beautiful. It was wonderful to get access to the 2nd level. Great view. It was raining the day that we went so it was good that we didn’t include the elevator to the top. It is an option once you get there. The guide was not very informative. We needed to walk to meet the guide then as a group we walked back to the Eiffel Tower then together we advanced through the line for security check.

This experience was like no other. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. She ensured we remained together as a group due to the thousands of people in and around the Eiffel Tower. I visited the tower with no expectations and was still blown away. The price was great compared to the experience. While visiting the Summit, I was able to stop at a few shops to eat and buy collectible items. I visited Paris on a solo birthday trip and had the time of my life. This Eiffel Tower with Summit access experience was the icing on the cake. If you’re questioning whether or not it’s worth it, let me tell you…it’s more than worth it. I’m already planning another visit for 2026.

The view from the top is amazing and exactly what I expected. Our guide was Aida. She was very knowledgeable, charming, and spoke English very well. It was a pretty seamless experience except at the meeting point. This could be improved by having signs from all of the groups that were meeting at the time slot. Lots of people weren’t sure which line to get in. Other than that, it was everything I expected.

We got stuck in the elevator from North pillar for 45 minutes. We were told that that’s the newest elevator but still breaks down very frequently. But that is not GYG’s fault, just a heads up for others. Eventually we were transferred to another pillar and the older elevators seem to work fine ?

Seeing the Eiffel Tower in person was amazing! Our host Aida was knowledgeable and friendly, making our experience seamless from meeting her to walking and using the elevator up to the second floor. The views were breathtaking, especially with the Paris Olympics taking place below. We stopped for drinks on the first level, then walked down the stairs to the ground level where we saw the Illuminations close up. You cannot miss this opportunity!

It was amazing!! from the guide meeting us & taking us upto level 2. From there I headed to the summit. The sun had just dipped behind the horizon, it gave the city this beautiful orange glow & then it was gone. But the city began to light up on its own. Make sure you take a jumper it got very cold & windy up the top bit it was worth every second. Now coming down was queues central. Ended up coming down the stairs where possible & I think it made it better l, seeing inside as I descended. getting to the bottom creating a memory that will last forever. (p.s the sparkles are better from the outside)

I just want to say that first off our guide Ashan was absolutely delightful, very funny, great at interacting with the group even when we were all from different countries, he gave us some really great history about the Eiffel tower and fun little tid bits especially about the Polish man who holds the record for climbing the Eiffel tower in 7min 30secs!! 10/10 guide. The tower was breath taking, I've spent all my life seeing it in pictures and on TV but to see it in person and to go up, I was in awe, The little gift shops were very cute too and great to have a little cafeteria up there aswell

Very little queuing. The guide gave good knowledge about the Tower and was very pleasant. It would be good if the guide wore or held something more identifiable when those who had booked were waiting at the meeting point and we didn’t know who the guide was. Also when walking from the meeting point to the tower the guide could hold something high up, ie an umbrella or flag to see the guide when they are leading a group of people through public spaces. Beautiful experience to visit the summit during the evening post sunset. The guide Yana was very cheerful and helpful. Only confusion was during waiting period at the meeting point outside the cafe.

I was glad a friend recommended Get Tour Guide for Eiffel Tower tickets. I thought it was a bit expensive but was very happy after my tour and visit and it was worth the price. Laura was our guide and she met our group on time. She walked us towards the tower and gave us a brief history. We were able to go through a different faster line going through security and taking the elevator to the 2nd floor. Laura shared additional history about the tower which I found very interesting. She stayed with us to make sure we made it in line to the elevator for the summit. Overall a great experience. And the cafe we met in front of has very good food. Croissants. Coffee. Salads. Wine. Full menu and clean toulette.

This was now my second time using this company for an Eiffel Tower entry ticket. Easy to navigate the tour guide (Ismael, I think) who was then very enthusiastic about giving the tour. Gave some good information regarding the Eiffel Tower without giving too much or taking up too much time. Was helpful in giving directions regarding what to expect and where to proceed. Would recommend

Our guide Aida was amazing. We had booked the Eiffel Tower for second floor entry for party of 3 of which one was very afraid of heights! Aida did all she could to comfort and reassure and was so helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to get to the second floor and get back down again. Thank you so much to Aida. Her unflappable good humour, knowledge and empathy is deserving of 10/10. Brilliant tour guide!

The sheer attraction of climbing to the top of the Eiffel Tower is a wonderful experience. However, you should keep in mind that your plans may be thwarted by the French, who suddenly, without any explanation, close the tower, having tourists for nothing. This is terribly annoying and shows that the French have no respect for tourists, thanks to whom they de facto maintain this tower. The worst thing is that they do not even give information on how long such a break in the tour can last, so that everyone can adjust their other plans. Embarrassing. On the other hand, I can write only positives about our caretaker Diana, who made our waiting time pleasant with conversation and did her best to somehow find our way in this uncomfortable situation. We greet Diana very warmly :)

We had a great guide, Ahsan, who was knowledgeable, funny, and kind! The tickets are like 3x mark up what the actual elevator tickets are, But it does guarantee and time slot that you can go to the top. Happy we went to the summit and would recommend this company for the assurance that everything will go smoothly.

We had to wait for approximately 2 hours for our 9 am tour because there was a delayed opening the morning of our tour. It was not our guide’s fault but I wish we would have known before so we could have slept a little later. Once tower opened we were able to go to summit - and were only people up there. It was very exciting!

When the ticket to the summit became hard to find this was the way to get it and get it done. Our guide helped us to the elevators and heave us interesting facts about the tower, then got us on the lift to the top. The view is spectacular and amazing and the ease at getting the ticket this way was the way to go.

The experience was wonderful overall, glad we booked this! What made this experience exceptional was the service and background facts we received from Ahsan (tour guide), he was amazing! We will definitely recommend this experience with Ahsan to all my family and friends. His friendly and knowledgeable approach made it so much fun, enjoyable and easy to access the tower during our session. It was sad to say goodbye to Ahsan at the end when we were then free to roam around and experience the tower on our own.

Our guide, Ahsan, was excellent!! He was kind, funny, personable and told lots of great stories about the Eiffel Tower history, & some tips for where to get great pics. I am not much of a history buff, but I learned so much and it was super fun! The second floor was great. My niece & nephew met me there and we got a lot of great photos. Then we all went to the top. I highly recommend doing this tour. It’s five star! ?????

Thoroughly enjoyed this activity. The booking was so easy to do. Instructions were very clear about meet-up times, and the guide was excellent. The whole experience was really nice and highly recommended. You do need to allow yourself around 2.5 hours in the tower as the queues are quite long to go up to the summit.

"We opted for this tour after we found all the tickets for the Eiffel Tower were sold out. It was definitely worth it as we were able to visit all the floors we wanted. Venus, our tour guide, was absolutely fantastic. She was very friendly, helpful and patient with all our questions. While walking towards the Eiffel Tower from our meeting spot, she would stop once in awhile to talk a bit about its history and to communicate expectations. I would recommend this option to take out all the stress of visiting the Eiffel Tower. And if you get Venus as your guide, consider yourself super lucky!"

We went 9pm and at 10pm the sparkle lights came on, ....so magical especially from within the Eiffel Tower . Ticket included lift all the way to top thank goodness lol

Our guide, Ahson was so delightful with charisma and positivity, assuring us all of success all the way to the summit. He was also very helpful with several tips, such as: best sites for photos, places to pause to enjoy yourself and that we could take our own time to explore at the top and on the way back down. He seemed to really enjoy his role as guide; he was knowledgable about the history of the Eiffel Tower and good at storytelling. He was open to answering any questions and was very personable, engaged with each of us. I had a great time, taking my time. We arrived at the top before sunset, enjoyed the changing colors of the sky, sunset and moon rise and made it to ground level just by 22:00 when the Eiffel lights sparkle for 5 minutes,… Magnifique!

The Eiffel Tower is amazing! Our tour was 7.30pm the perfect time to be there to see it sparkling. Our guide was very friendly and interesting. Champagne was a must for the experience but stay away from the pretzels they are totally dry like chewing a cardboard box. Other than that, it was a perfect family evening.

The tour was amazing! I purchased my ticket at short notice. The directions to the meeting point were clear; it is important to be on-time, or slightly early. Danyel, our guide, was excellent. He provided some wonderful history and facts about the Eiffel Tower before escorting our group through the various security check-points. I would highly recommend this tour to all level of travelers.

Effiel tower tour skip the line is good tour . We met the guide at ( use the location guide ) as it’s a bit further away from the Tower. Walked back she took us up to the second floor from there we were on our own. Enjoyed champagne ? at the top ( a bit expensive ) This tour is good if you don’t like waiting in long queues or on a tight schedule We also got the scenic boat ride which was a waste of time ?

The entire experience was great, easy meeting spot, skipped the line to get in (which was awesome because it was quite cold), and waited in a short queue to get the elevators to the top. We actually waited longer to get the elevators down to the second and first floors. Overall, worth the money but was expensive.

We had a great experience with Laura. We met at the meeting point on time. The directions were easy to follow and Google Maps helped us get there promptly. Laura was very friendly and explained the history behind the Eiffel Tower along the way. She took us all the way up to Level 2 and we were on our own after that (just as we booked). We had a great time at the summit and looking at the queues at the ticket counter, we were glad we booked with GetYourGuide and saved a lot of time.

It was great to experience the summit of the Eiffel Tower - so glad I've ticked it off my bucket list!! The guide was helpful and had lots of information however, I feel as if it look longer for them to get us to the Tower then it did to go up and down it.... it would of been great to get the information once and then be let go to explore but we were told 5 times the rules. Thank you for your help/knowledge but maybe some advice for next time :)

Defintely a must do trip when in Paris, the view from the top is amazing but it’s funny you’re almost looking for it at the top! Danyal, our guide, was great - he had a lot of knowledge and facts about the Eiffel Tower and surrounding area. It was good to have this guidance whilst on the way and at the top, his helpful tips made the experience easier to navigate. We were a little late getting to the meeting point with paris traffic (!) but the group waited for us, which was REALLY appreciated!

Der Treffpunkt war einfach zu finden - 5' Fußweg vom Eiffelturm. Leider war die Dame nicht so pünktlich. Sie hat uns den Voucher in ein Ticket umgetauscht, auf dem € 25,- drauf stand.. komisch, wo wir doch um die € 80,- dafür gezahlt hatten. Sie ist mit uns dann einfach über den Eingang bzw. Sicherheits-Check für Kinderwägen und behinderte Personen rein und dann quer unterm Eiffelturm durch zu einer Kassa, bei der sich sonst niemand angestellt hat. Dieser Bereich ist vom Haupteingang nicht so einsichtig, daher wurde dieser Zugang auch von niemandem sonst genutzt. Sind dann ohne langes Warten rauf auf die 2. Etage. Leider mussten wir dann ca. 1 Std. in brütender Hitze (kein Schatten) die Schlage rauf zur Spitze abwarten. Wir hatten die Tickets für 16:00 Uhr gebucht. Um 16:30 Uhr waren wir beim Eingang/Aufgang, um 17:30 Uhr auf der Spitze...

Wir mussten nicht anstehen (trotz Ferienzeit) und unser Tourist guide war super nett und sehr gut organisiert. Einzig der Meetingpoint war für uns nicht so ohne weiteres zu finden und telefonisch wusste niemand konkret Bescheid wo der Treffpunkt sein sollte, denn GetYourGuide ist nur der Vermittler. Wir wollten nicht in der Nacht nach dem Meetingpoint suchen und erkundigten uns deshalb am Tag vorher im GetYourGuide Büro nahe dem Eifelturm. Dort wusste jemand Bescheid und wir bekamen freundlich Auskunft. Am Ende hat alles geklappt. Und es war ein traumhafter Ausblick vom Eifelturm, den wir nicht vergessen werden. Wir können GetYourGuide empfehlen.

If you are visiting Paris for a short break this is the only sensible thing to do. I would not hesitate to do it again with the same company. We were three ladies over 60's and even asked for an earlier entry possibility...and thanks God we were extremely lucky to get in a bit earlier. Thanks a million to your lovely rep. My only suggestion would be that: as there are other rep present in the spot it would be nice that yours wears or carry your logo somehow...!! Ok fellow travellers over 60's enjoy your time in Paris and go with this the best Company.....We did (but at an extra cost...because we are worth it...!)

Der Turm ist sehenswert keine Frage. Aber das ewige anstehen. Erst die Sicherheitskontrolle, da steht man schon mindestens eine halbe Stunde. An den Aufzügen steht man auch ewig. Der einzige Vorteil ist das du kein Ticket mehr kaufen musst. Der Preis ist deshalb viel zu teuer.

Minha ressalva vai para 2 pontos que a empresa que administra o tour pode melhorar: local de encontro. Quando você chega no Café, você acredita que e a mesma empresa que faz, na verdade, eles não tem relação nenhuma. E apenas um ponto de encontro. Minha outra consideração e de que o guia poderia ter nos levado ao topo e ter feito um tour conosco contando assim um pouco da história da Torre e até da paisagem que a cerca e nao ter nos deixado sozinhos logo após a orientação do caminho a seguir.

Bisher hab ich den Eiffelturm wegen der Schlangen gemieden. Und daher jetzt die Tour über Getyourguide gebucht. Dadurch brauchten wir uns nicht um die Tickets zu kümmern und kamen kurzfristig hoch. Die Aussicht von ganz oben auf Paris ist einmalig. Und man hat Zeit, sich die Konstruktion anzuschauen. Zeit muss man allerdings für die Auffahrt mitbringen und was Warmes gegen den Wind.

A visita à dama de ferro foi maravilhosa e imperdível ao visitar a cidade luz. A visita à noite é completamente mais bonita que de dia, pois a vista é fantástica. Entrada sem fila alguma, super rápida e segura. Ponto de encontro próximo à Torre, com uma guia que nos levou até a entrada, com muita atenção. Recomendo a todos!

Wir mussten leider trotzdem eine Weile anstehen, da die Schlange vor der Security recht lang war. Ansonsten war es aber ein schönes Erlebnis. Da das Wetter recht schlecht war, hat es sich leider nicht wirklich gelohnt, da die Schlange vor der regulären Kasse nicht wesentlich länger war. Also besser vorher den Wetterbericht checken. Das Treffen am Meeting Point und die Übergabe der Tickets hat gut geklappt und das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Die Tour ist sehr schön und absolut sehenswert. Leider wurde am Tag vor der Tour, die Zeit von 13 Uhr 30 auf 21 Uhr am Abend verschoben. Angeblich ein technisches Problem mit dem Aufzug. Wir waren auch den Tag über am Eiffelturm, von einem ausgefallenen Aufzug war nicht zu sehen. Ich vermute dass man versucht hat einige die schon gebucht und bezahlt haben in die unattraktiveren Zeiten zu schieben um wiederum weitere Potenzielle Kunden in den attraktiven Zeiträumen zu gewinnen. Das ist bei dem Preis für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern, sehr ärgerlich! Dann hätte ich auch nicht im voraus buchen müssen. Ob ich so etwas nochmal hier und vorab buchen werde muss ich bezweifeln. Ansonsten ist der Eiffelturm einfach eine Wucht!!

Die gebuchte Führung endete am Eifelturm, beim Rest der Besichtigung war man auf sich allein gestellt. Schlecht war auch, das der gebuchte Führer nur englisch und kein Deutsch sprach. Dies wurde zugesichert bei der überteuerten Buchung. Anstehen ohne Warten war nur beim Einlass. :-( Sicherheitskontrolle, Fahrstuhl zur ersten bzw. zweiten Ebene lange anstehen und zur Spitze ewig anstehen.....locker 20Minuten warten!!! Runter das gleiche Spiel! Dafür wurden mir 80€ berechnet, eine Frechheit, zudem war es beim Online-Kauf ganz anders beschrieben. Werde es in der Form nicht weiter empfehlen! Nur der Ausblick von der Spitze hat mich etwas zufrieden gestellt.

Unfortunately it was raining, so that was disappointing but not the guide’s fault. However, we paid for skip the line tickets. The first line we went through, the guide went first, and did not pay attention to ensure our party made it through without others cutting in. Others did. When we amassed under the tower, the guide started giving directions about how to access the elevators. I had to ask him to speak up as we could not hear in the back. Because it was raining, he chose to skip any commentary about the tower. No “welcome” and no info. Why did I pay for a guide. And when we got to the line for the elevators, about 30+ people ducked under the rails to get in front of us in another line? So why did I pay for skip the line tickets? This guide business is a racket. I tried buying tickets to the summit on my own but they were always sold out—and I spent time waiting and watching on line. I think these guide companies gobble up all the regular tickets to sell them at a higher price.

When you get to the meeting point, you worry, as there is no indication of who you are meeting, but once you meet the guide - it is seamless...2 min walk to the Eiffel Tower and then a little history lesson, which was interesting and then straight in... literally hardly any queue - so well worth the money

Consiglio questa salita, un po' cara, ma organizzata molto bene e ne vale davvero la pena. Abbiamo incontrato la guida puntuale come concordato. Aveva la lista dei partecipanti e i nostri biglietti salta fila pronti. Ci ha accompagnato fino all'entrata e spiegato bene tutti i passaggi. Abbiamo fatto un po' di fila per salire ai vari piani. Non ero mai salita fino in cima alla torre e devo dire che lo spettacolo è mozzafiato. Consiglio vivamente questa escursione

Non è pensabile pagare un servizio inesistente. Perdere 90 minuti in attesa in un posto ignoto una presunta guida per ritirare dei biglietti che potevano benissimo essere inviati via mail accelerando il tutto e dando lo stesso servizio. In buona sostanza così si perde solo tempo e si rischia di non arrivare nel punto giusto visto che è in mezzo alla strada.... Mai avuto un trattamento simile dai vs concorrenti. Mi guarderò bene dal comprare altri biglietti da Voi. Grazie

We went to Eiffeltower just yesterday - Easter Sunday. You can imagine the crowds trying to get in and up... - so, I can just fully recommend spending some extra money to just skip the line! And - to make it short: it all went absolutely smoothly and from meeting the guide at 1.30pm until we were on the highest level (summit) only took us less than 1.15 hrs. This includes standing in line for elevator and safety checks on the ground as well as on second floor, where you need to change elevator to go to the top. Meeting the guide went well - he was absolutely on time, although not an easy spot (no sign on him, but no prob!). At once when meeting he handed our "real tickets" to us - so, we were absolutely safe and not "dependent" on the guide. The third expected party was missing - but as foreseen, he took us to the Tower on time, so we did not have to wait due to one party not showing up - what I appreciated. He took us to the safety check, explained all and then we were fine.

O ponto de encontro é confuso porque não tem ninguém com identificação, é uma pessoa comum que aparece na hora marcada! A guia só entra com você no portão principal e indica que fila pegar lá dentro. não pegamos fila para entrar no portão, porém para acesso a torre é uma sequência de filas internas até o topo, com pessoas empurrando, bem desgastante (o que não é culpa da empresa e era um dia ensolarado então estava bem movimentado). Para quem tem claustrofobia ou medo de altura eu não aconselho tanto, mas a vista da cidade lá do topo é incrível!

When we could not find the guide the Hotline tried everything to get us into contact - and even transferred the call. Finally we made it to the tower with the help of our guide Aida. Many thanks for your calm, friendly demeanor and help! Definitely recommended to book!!!

Der Guide war nett, begleitet die Gruppe aber nur bis zur Anstellschlange, die vor der zweiten Sicherheitskontrolle beginnt. Er fährt also nicht mit auf den Turm. Deshalb ist dies eine kurze Sache und die Mehrkosten ggü. dem normalen Eintrittspreis meines Erachtens nicht wert.

mit diesem Ticket spart man sich locker 2-5 Stunden Anstehen ! nur mal kurz durch die Sicherheitskontrollen und ab geht's nach oben ! Der Guide war auch super nett, witzig und informativ (Mehmet), alles war top organisiert und hat reibungslos funktioniert. Das beste Gefühl war, an der unendlich langen Schlange einfach vorbeizulaufen und in den Aufzug zu steigen :) jedes mal wieder !

Die Führung hat uns 10 Minuten über die Geschichte des Eiffelturms erzählt und uns dann bei erstbester Gelegenheit in der Schlange stehen lassen. Einlass ohne Anstehen ist eine glatte Lüge!!! Bis wir oben waren, haben wir bestimmt 1,5 Stunden mit Anstehen verbracht. Wofür habe ich das viele Geld denn bezahlt? Unser Termin von 13.30 Uhr wurde auf 20.30 Uhr verschoben, angeblich, weil die Aufzüge nicht funktionierten. Alles Lüge, die Aufzüge waren in Betrieb, die Touren waren nur überbucht!!! Solche Abzocke sollte man anzeigen!!!

Das Event war außerordentlich beeindruckend und mit Zugang zur Spitze nochmal ein ganz besonderer Höhepunkt. Bereits im März ist der Andrang sehr groß und so war ein Vorverkaufsticket die richtige, wenn auch außerordentlich teure, im Vergleich zum Preis vor Ort, Entscheidung. Wichtig bei diesem Event: Das Smartphoneticket zeigt man nicht vor sondern lässt sich vom Guide, der einem zum Turm dann begleitet, ein ausgedrucktes Ticket geben. Nur damit und dem dort enthaltenen Zusatz kommt man dann auch tatsächlich bis zur Spitze. Allerdings habe ich im Vorverkauf über diese Platzform den 2,5 fachen Preis bezahlt. Das ist m. E. bestenfalls befriedigend im Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Wo ich gesehen habe wie teuer das Ticket war, und wieviel wir separat für den Get your Guide bezahlt haben, zu viel. Für das wir nur über die Strasse gelaufen sind und uns zu Eingang gebracht wurde, das hätten wir auch selber geschafft für den Preis. Dazu kommt ich habe auf Deutsch gebucht, Sie konnte aber nur Englisch.

We loved the actual experience on the eiffle tower. The guide that met us was on time but was not very helpful with explaining the process. She talked a lot where she could have just given us the tickets and we would of been on our way quicker.

The phone number listed for the contact wasn’t working. We had just flown in and were trying to find the meeting point and couldn’t get ahold of the guide. Once we found it the rest of the event was great. The guide was very friendly

Je nach Tageszeit und Reisezeit hat sich das Ticket objektiv betrachtet gelohnt: Preis Leistung demnach ok (insb wenn man die langen Warteschlangen bedenkt). Noch besser hätten wir das Ticket bewertet, wenn man für den nicht gerade geringen Preis dann auch ohne Anstehen zur Spitze hätte fahren können

Yo compre 2 adultos y un bebe, me llamaron, me enviaron whatssapps, mails, me masacraron pidiendome la edad del niño, me pidieron que comprase para el 1 adulto, tiene 5 años y despues nadie me pidio acreditacion de su edad Por el precio que tiene me parece un timo, sobretodo porque pague 240€ para 2 adultos y un niño

The meeting point was easy to find, but the tour started late. The service consisted of going through security in a different (shorter) line and being told where to queue for the elevator (more than 30 minutes of waiting in front of the elevator). In our opinion, the description “skip the line” is more than irritating when it ultimately only reduces the waiting time for the security check. Of course, a visit to the Eiffel Tower is not possible without waiting, but we hoped to save more time for 159.00 euros (2 people). Nonetheless, it was an unforgettable experience

They didn't even speak Spanish, the guide was almost an hour late, gave us the tickets and dropped us off at the Eiffel Tower (which can be done without a guide) and we never saw him again.

First we had to wait about 30 minutes at the meeting point until someone came with the tickets and everyone else was there too. Then a short walk to the entrance. Here you actually only have to wait 5 minutes for the lift to go to the 2nd level. But the queue here was so long that we certainly had to wait 45 minutes and it was full upstairs, so we wouldn't do the event again, despite the fantastic weather. So skip the line isn't true if you want to go to the top level and then it's extremely expensive here.

We arrived at the hotel from the airport at 12:10 p.m. While I was at the control with the suitcases, the phone rang, saying in French that I had an appointment for the Eiffel Tower, since I didn't understand anything I passed it on to the hotel control. It said we had a time at 12:15. When I insisted that the ascent to the Tower be from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. He explained to the man from the hotel where he was waiting for us and we went to the place where he indicated. He knocked twice when we were already under the feet of the Tower, and I told him that we were almost there because the entrance was on the other side. I don't know if he understood or not and I told him that we were going to the front door, that we were waiting for him there. We arrived at the door and since it did not have any badge, we approached the door and showed the tickets for the entrance to the Tower, at the control, he made us go to the other door inside, being at the other control with the young lady, The phone rang and it was him. I handed the phone to the woman and she entered the control where we were. It was 1:10 p.m. when we were there.

On this particular day (31/8) and time (16:30) there wasn't that much of a queue anyway. On floor 2, where you change lifts, you do not get priority in the queue. The Eiffel Tower is great!

Brochure said arrive 15 minutes ahead of departure, then we waited 25 minutes after departure time for someone who never showed. We could have been at summit by time we left checkpoint. Ridiculous. Way overpriced and took LONGER than buying ticket at gate. Felt completely robbed.

Vi slapp å stå i den lengste køen ute. Etter at guiden hadde sendt oss avgårde og vi hadde kommet inn (via en litt mindre kø), ble vi stående ganske lenge i kø på nivå to for å komme på toppen. Ellers var det veldig fint på Eiffeltårnet, anbefales!

O.K.- wir waren immer noch schneller als alle anderen, die diese Tickets nicht gebucht hatten. Es war auch ein super Andrang am Eiffelturm. So viele Kontrollen....... Aber, das Warten hat sich gelohnt. Von dort oben hat man vor allem bei schönem Wetter einen wahnsinnig weiten Rundumblick. Man fühlt sich sicher. Und oben gibts auch eine kleine Champagnerbar. Zwar teuer , aber immerhin.

uhi better buy it direct. The operator is not worth it, they still have to stand in an infinite line and it costs three times the price compared to GetYourGuide

We were asked to meet near a cafeteria close to Eiffel Tower. The guide gave us some general instructions- Chose shorter line for the elevator when you get to the second floor (duh! As though we will chose a longer line), do not carry weapons. After this we walked to the entrance and she left us. There is no skip the line, everybody has to line for the elevators. Total waste of money.

Pesima. Un fraude por parte de Get your guide que siempre que lo use fue muy bueno. Nos cobraron 79,90 Euros para subir a la Torre cuando: 1) ahi mismo cuesta 25 Euros y 2) sin cola es mentira. El guia desaparecio. La misma cola que hubiéramos hecho para sacar el ticket ahi mismo es la misma que hicimos para entrar con su ticket. Pueden subir un poco el precio por la comodidad de hacer click pero de 25 a 79,90 me parece uns estafa sin nigun valor agregado.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Gesamtbewertung sehr schlecht ist noch großzügig. Wir haben keine Tickets vor Ort erhalten, bis heute keine Erstattung. Vor Ort war der Service mangelhaft, keiner fühlte sich verantwortlich. Außerdem herrschte keine Kooperationsbereitschaft bei der Service-Hotline. Das war das erste und letzte Mal, dass wir darüber Tickets gebucht haben. Hände weg!!!!!

Der Guide erklärte zunächst das die Tour im 12 voll sei - trotz Buchung !!, Er aber ein Angebot machen könne, und um 13 noch Plätze frei habe. Aber unsere Kind (3) und unsere Kind (2) müsse noch bezahlen ( 79 Euro). Der Guide brachte uns dann zur Schleuse am Eiffelturm und verschwand. Wir mussten über 3h, in regulärer Schlange anstehen, obwohl wir "ohne anstehen" gebucht hatten. Nicht nochmal, so würde ich selten verarscht. Ticket regulär hätte direkt am Turm 25 Euro / erwachsen und 0/Euro für ein Kind unter 4 Jahre gekostet. Wir haben mit gegyourguide knapp 240 Euro bezahlt... Niemals wieder!!!

Vi bookede til kl 10.30 men guide kom aldrig. Ringede til oplyste nummer og fik at vide at vi skulle vente på en mail med nyt tidspunkt og ellers ringe igen om eftermiddagen. Vi besluttede at vi ville annullere vores booking og ringede retur for at høre om den mulighed, men blev her oplyst at vi var ombooket til kl 12. Selve “forrest” i kø angik alene første elevator og selv her undgik vi ikke 20 min kø. Ankom til toppen kl 13.30. Med den viden havde vi gerne undgået at betale 3 gange så meget som standard pris og taget den ekstra kø med som alle andre turister

Payed 150 euro for 2 persons. Zahlte 150 euro für 2 Personen. Going 300m to tower, get a ticket from Mehmet which Originally costs 25 euro p P. He than answer questions and he go away. Mehmet gibt einem nach kurzem Marsch vom Treffpunkt zum Turm das Einlassticket. Es kostet wirklich nur 25 Euro mit vorzugseinlass und zugang zur spitze pro Person. Ich zahlte 75 euro bei gyg. Er ging dann gleich wieder zur nachsten gruppe. Mein Tip. Selber kaufen auf der original internet Seite vom Eiffelturm. Sonntag um 11 uhr war ende juli die schlange noch klein. Es geht also gut mit normalen Karten. Um 14 uhr war es dann voll.

It costs €25 at the ticket office! You still have to queue for at least 30 minutes in the heat to get to the lift. Tip: buy your ticket in advance and save a lot of money!

The Eiffel Tower is a must. The organization was weak. Despite skip the line ticket waiting time > 1 hour. We were also given the wrong time (midnight). Then 4 hours of waiting until our tour started.

Die Tickets sind vergleichsweise teuer, aber empfehlenswert, wenn man sich die Wartezeit sparen möchte. Wir sind vom Guide problemlos durch Sicherheitsschleusen direkt zum Eingang - vorbei an allen Warteschlangen - gebracht worden. Hat hervorragend geklappt, aber man sollte sich die Frage stellen, ob man bereit ist, dafür das Geld zu investieren. Im Turm ist man auf sich gestellt. Wir sind komplett mit dem Aufzug auf die Spitze gefahren (mit einmal umsteigen). Der Blick aus 300 m Höhe lohnt sich unbedingt. Runter kann man ab der 2. Etage entweder Treppe laufen (würde ich des Erlebnisses wegen empfehlen) oder Aufzug fahren.

1. Keinen Zeitslot via Mail erhalten 2. Zeit erst am Treffpunkt erfahren 3. Guide kam zu spät zum Treffpunkt 4. Fast 2 Stunden auf Einlass gewartet, obwohl dies laut Buchung ausgeschlossen war 5. Keine genauen Wegweiser bei den Aufzügen zur Spitze

It was a mess, if someone buys this really expensive fast line ticket and still has to wait 1-2 hours to get just to the second floor it is a problem. We had the summit access too, but couldn't wait the line.... you should make it skip the line there with this 80 € ticket! So thanks for nothing :)

Vi havde en meget fin tur med guiden, og billetterne virkede som de skulle. Vi mødte dog en mand, som sagde, at der ikke var mødt nogen guide op til hans tidligere mødetidspunkt.

La actividad como tal es excelente y maravillosa, pero la organización de la Agencia fue PÉSIMA Y DESASTROSA. No es funcional tener que recoger los tiquetes en otro lugar que no sea el lugar del evento. Es una pésima idea, cuando se viaja por nuestra cuenta y con el tiempo justo. Por otro lado hicimos 2 reservaciones por aparte para cubrir la cantidad de plazas que requeríamos y la agencia solo nos suministró 3 de los 7 tiquetes que adquirimos. Nos propusieron otro horario para solucionar el problema pero teníamos otras actividades adicionales. Nos hicieron ingresar a las 4 personas con tiquetes de otro horario. Lo más funcional y conveniente es recoger los tiquetes en el propio lugar de la actividad o que exista la opción de ingresar solo con el QR Code.

Skip the line ONLY skips the line to get tickets. The “tour” is estimated to be 2.5hrs because it takes almost that time waiting in line inside the Eiffel just to go to the 2nd floor and especially to go to the summit. Then you get to wait in line AGAIN to come back down. NOT worth the money even for the view. It is free and more impressive just walking around the base of the tower

Die Tickets waren ca. dreimal so teuer wie bei der offiziellen Eiffelturm-Seite. Dort waren sie leider für den Wunschtermin ausverkauft. Der angeblich mit dem überteuerten Ticket verbundene Service bestand aus der Begrüßung ca. 500 m vom Turm entfernt, der Erläuterung des Ticketumfangs sowie die Begleitung durch die Sicherheitsschleuse zum Einlass. NIe wieder! Lieber frühzeitig auf der offiziellen Seite kaufen!

Since I had failed to pre plan the Eiffel tour this was the best last minute option. Meeting place certainly could be better explained ahead of time. It works, but nearby vendors seemed put off by our presence. Low Clouds were the main event so the experience was nice but not awesome.

T paid 3 times the cost the ticket was worth you would think that there would be someone to contact to confirm I was in the correct location especial if the contact person was late arriving at the meeting location. Our guide didn't arrive until 40 minutes after the meeting time. The only reason we stayed at the location was because there were others also who was in the same situation. We didn't get access until 1.5 hours after our meeting/access time because the contact still had to confirm who we were after being late to arrive.

I booked the Summit ticket but unfortunately due to the unexpected hazy weather conditions we could not enjoy the view from the top but only from the 2nd floor. It was a shame but I don ‘t think it would have made a huge difference. I recommend purchasing only the 2nd floor ticket. Our guide was nice, we skipped the line and everything went smoothly.

We had only booked a tour with a drive up to the top. I didn't understand why you need a guide on this tour, who only accompanies you 100 m to the right entrance and then leaves you without saying anything (?). The tour itself was very nice and very worthwhile. The view from the second level is clearly different than from the top, so the ascent to the top of the tower is definitely worth it. The descent from the second to the first level was also impressive for me.
